Rachael is a lover of Yoga and believes it should be accessible for everybody.
Having started her Yoga practice at the age of 15 she can see how it helped keep her calm and focused during school exams and during her college years.
At 24 she signed up for her first Yoga Teacher Training while studying Holistic Therapies but it wasn't until 2012 (5 years later) that she started teaching.
Rachael has since opened her own studio (July 2014), trained to specialise in Yoga for Pregnancy and taught courses and classes specifically aimed at beginners.
